We want you to love your Butterfly Pillow. That's why every first-time order of the pillow is backed by our 100-Night Happiness Guarantee — you have 100 days from delivery to decide if it's right for you.

If it's not, we'll give you a full 100% refund. No restocking fees. No fine print. No having to prove you tried hard enough.

How to start a return

To start a return, email us at support@sleepsake.com.au within 100 days of delivery. All we need is your order number.

Your pillow can be new or used — it doesn't matter. Once we confirm your order, we'll send you simple return instructions, including a return shipping label and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won't be accepted, so please contact us before sending anything.

Eligibility

The 100-Night Happiness Guarantee applies to your first order of a Butterfly Pillow with Sleepsake, one per household. After that, every Butterfly Pillow is still covered by our 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The 100-Night Happiness Guarantee applies to all orders, including items purchased during promotions like flash sales, EOFY, and holiday sales. The only exceptions are gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

Accessories (pillowcases & extra)

Accessories — including pillowcases — are covered by our 30-day change-of-mind policy instead of the 100-Night Happiness Guarantee. As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Used or washed accessories can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at support@sleepsake.com.au if your item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
