I bought this sleepsake butterfly pillow and the quality is very good and memory foam not to hard.
There are two loft , one for the higher side and the other for the lower side.
Unfortunately I am a very short person who has a very short neck.
And don't get the full support, I did notice that I had no shoulder pain next morning.

I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, including other ergonomic ones, and they were always either too stiff, too squashy, or left me waking up sore. With this one, it took me a couple of nights to find my sweet spot for both side and back sleeping, but once I did, there’s nothing else like it on the market. This is a fantastic pillow. The difference in where I rest my shoulder is really noticeable, without having that feeling of being 'squashed' into the mattress. So I have been looking for a new pillow for some time and spent some money on pillows that were not what they say they were.

I have been experiencing neck and shoulder pain for over 12mths. I tried a cheaper butterfly pillow to see if it suited. I was a little bit more comfortable. So I decided to try sleepsake. Really liking this pillow. Have had shoulder pain waking me for over two years and this has stopped it. I have previously had neck issues and was worried they would return with changing pillows but my neck is great too (I’m a side sleeper). I don’t know how, but it works. I’ve just bought one for my dad as he has severe shoulder pain that wakes him frequently during the night so will be interesting to see if it works for him as well. I wasn’t fussed on the pillow cases so I’m just using my normal pillowcases. Highly recommend this pillow.
